The purchase and transport of live poultry carries disease risks including Newcastle Disease, Avian Influenza, and other pathogens. Buyers are responsible for:

• Conducting their own health inspections, ideally with a qualified vet.
• Observing quarantine protocols when introducing new birds to an existing flock.
• Complying with Kenya Veterinary Board movement permits where required.

e-Poultry Ltd accepts no responsibility for disease transmission or losses resulting from purchases made through the platform.

All payment arrangements are the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller. e-Poultry Ltd does not hold escrow and cannot recover funds sent in advance of delivery. We strongly recommend payment on collection after inspection.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to eMarket. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for loss arising from platform downtime.
